This position is ideal for someone who already has some relevant experience from consulting, investment banking or business development and is looking for a faster career track and more responsibility than in a traditional consultancy. As a part of Civitta Poland, you will be a core member of our office, working in a young and dynamic team. You will work on diverse development projects helping our clients solve their most critical business problems.
This position is open in Krakow and Warsaw.
You will:
- Perform desk research, conduct interviews, analyse data;
- Analyse our client’s business needs and design models to determine company growth opportunities and pricing strategies;
- Participate in problem-solving sessions (both internal and external), suggest and justify problem-solving methods and solutions;
- Synthesise your findings into reports;
- Lead teams in delivery of selected project stages or small scale projects.
Requirements:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Finance or a related subject;
- You have 2-3 years of working experience;
- You have developed advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;

- You feel comfortable with English as your main working language, both verbal and written;
- You have fluent level of Polish language;

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 10.500 PLN gross/month to 13.500 PLN gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
