In this position, you will play a key role in generating project opportunities, and managing projects to create a long-lasting societal impact through the work with private sector clients.

You will:
- Lead management consulting projects and provide fact-based recommendations to clients;
- Build and maintain long lasting client relationships;
- Coach team members, share experience and create learning opportunities for them within projects;
- Simultaneously lead several teams of consultants in project delivery and client relationship management;
- Build new management consulting service lines within Civitta;
- Actively participate in company management and development both locally and internationally.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience working with business analytics, strategy, business management etc.;
- Professional level of Polish and English language;
- Strong leadership skills and experience in team management;
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to contribute to development of the company;
- Ability to build a strong sales pipeline;
- You strive to bring impact to your clients through fact-based recommendations and high quality advisory.
