Role: SAP HCM/HR Consultant (Time Writing)
Location: Wroclaw, Poland (Onsite)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive with 6–10 years of expertise in SAP HR, with strong focus on time writing in SAP for financial purposes. The ideal candidate should bring proven experience in SAP S/4HANA 2021 and a solid background in the Hi-Tech industry (Discrete Manufacturing). This role requires strong business process knowledge and the ability to challenge requirements to align with standard IT solutions (mainly SAP) rather than custom builds. The Senior Executive will be responsible for HR modules during new project rollouts/implementations.
Experience:
- Translate business requirements into functional IT specifications and solution directions
- Create functional designs and contribute to the architectural roadmap
- Customize, test, and train key-users
- E2E SAP HCM Functional knowledge
- Must have knowledge on integrations
- Good to have Workday knowledge
- Hands-on/customizing knowledge of SAP/Fiori time writing
- Experience in translating business requirements into IT requirements and designing the correct solution accordingly
- Experience working in a scaled Agile (DevOps) environment
