Your responsibilities:
- Professional customer service in Polish and English — for both new and existing clients
- Active support during the onboarding process of new clients and ensuring their positive experience from first contact
- Identifying and utilizing sales opportunities to acquire the most valuable relationships
- Conducting presentations and ongoing product education for clients
- Accurately and timely updating client information in internal systems (e.g., CRM)
- Initiating actions to improve service quality and customer experience
- Quickly and professionally responding to inquiries and effectively resolving client issues
- Collaborating with the team and escalating more complex matters to appropriate personnel to ensure the highest level of service
- Building the company’s image as a brand ambassador in every client interaction
Our requirements:
- Passion and commitment to promoting our products and services
- Customer orientation and ability to build lasting and valuable relationships
- Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written
- Strong sales skills
- Practical knowledge of financial markets (experience with CFDs is an advantage but not required)
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ensuring processes and procedures comply with regulations
- Very good knowledge of MS Office suite (especially PowerPoint, basic knowledge of Excel)
- Ability to work in a team
- Relevant higher education (finance, economics, business, or related fields are a plus)
- Very good command of spoken English
- Fluent written Polish – ability to draft market comments and product content is a plus
