Your main tasks:

• Lead the S2P team in executing processes timely, effectively, and efficiently, combining leadership skills, analytical approaches, and interpersonal abilities.
• Assign team members for task execution according to their capacity, competency set and Individual Development Plans.
• Coach, mentor and support development of team members, recognize key employees. Perform regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure constant communication within the team.
• Use available tools to analyze and present data to support business insights & decision making.
• Ensure fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs), continuously improving on performance benchmark.
• Closely and effectively cooperate with other teams, departments, business stakeholders.
• Coordinate integrations, standardize & automate newly migrated activities, making sure processes are in line with internal policies.
• Handle escalations and lessons learned; collect input to improve process and increase quality of service within domain area.
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement and change initiatives within the S2P function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine.
• Ensure a robust compliance environment in the team with applicable policies, procedures, and processes. Proactively articulate risks and manage accordingly to secure compliance and on time service delivery.
• Build strong relationship with key stakeholders from Business Units and relevant Corporate Functions.

What your background should look like:

• Overall 4+ years of experience within Source to Pay/Accounts Payable and/or related areas
• 2 years of experience in leading the team
• Strong accounting background and prior experience in finance & accounting functions in a shared services environment
• Very good command of English
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Offic
