This role is a part of the Digital Core Program responsible for supporting the completion of a future-fit end-to-end Ariba process design, enabled by core and edge systems for Indirect procurement. The Supplier & Content Enablement SME will bring Mars operational knowledge of the S2P processes in Ariba to develop, deliver and manage the Ariba supplier and content enablement plan for Digital Core deployments.
What would be your key responsibilities?
Actively contribute to the development of the Ariba Supplier and Content Enablement process design and support the relevant deep dive session(s) with different parts of the business.
Participate in global design workshops and previews for Ariba.
Contribute to refining and addressing key design decisions.
Carry out Change impact assessment and provide input to training needs analysis for Supplier and Content enablement, working to guidelines and formats prescribed.
Contribute to the preparation of Proof of Concept in selected areas as required.
Support the Supplier and Content Enablement documentation activities to ensure alignment with design and quality/completeness.
Identify test cases for the Supplier and Content Enablement processes.
Support the data team and change impact assessment and provide input to training needs analysis for Supplier and Content Enablement, working to guidelines and formats prescribed.
Actively contribute to the country validation preparation, execution and sign off to ensure that the Ariba Supplier and Content Enablement processes meet relevant region/segment needs.
Ensure the Ariba Supplier and Content Enablement process documentation, relevant key design decisions and change impact assessment are kept in alignment with outputs of country validation.
Understand the activity plan and ensure deliverables are to time, quality and budget.
Highlight blockages/issues in a timely manner, escalating for support where required.
What are we looking for?
University degree or equivalent experience.
Professional experience and understanding of finance and commercial controls including Ariba supplier and content enablement processes.
Experience of ERP (ideally SAP Business Network platform).
Working knowledge of supplier onboarding and Mars central vendor processes.
Detailed understanding of Ariba – Keystone (KS) and Keystone Lite (KSL) templates.
Fluent English.
