Release Train Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Release Train Engineer that will join our Leadership Team of the newly founded Artificial Intelligence Agile Release Train (ART, internal: Shape). The main goal of the role is to ensure AI teams provide value within SAFe planning-development-delivery cycle while still carrying on team spirit and motivation.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates Agile Release Train processes and ceremonies at both the ART and team levels to ensure smooth operation
• Provides guidance. feedback and coaching to Agile roles within the ART and fosters communication among teams and stakeholders
• Drives continuous improvement by identifying enhancement opportunities, promoting a culture of learning and experimentation.
• Tracks and reports progress, key metrics, milestones, and risks associated with the ART.
• Prepares teams for the planning process during each PI event, including communication and coordination.

• Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, backed up by 3+ years of experience in Agile roles (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach). Experience in SAFe is a plus.
• Experience working in IT software delivery and with typical challenges in IT delivery
• Committed to bring new value by creating and tuning SAFe process on ART level and challenging the status quo. Experience with IT program/project management and coordinating delivery across multiple teams is highly desired
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills to engage participants and convey information effectively.
