Job Description
- Roll-out of Lean Management methodology for Team Leaders and their teams across the region.
- Enabling culture of continuous improvement.
- Identification of areas for improvement within Coface operations.
- Development of tactics for carrying out improvements.
- Providing Lean Management methodology consultation and training.
- Structured coaching of Team Leaders and key employees regarding lean tools and management on an ongoing basis.
- Supporting usage of key lean tools (if needed for complex topics), e.g. to facilitate a Value Stream Mapping session, facilitating 5S standups, performing Gemba Walk, etc.
- Helping to remove obstacles and distractions that may impede Team Leaders from meeting goals.
- Ensuring adherence to Lean principles and values.
- All these activities will be performed with the support of an Operations team at group and regional levels, including projects execution.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in process management, including lean methodologies, and organizational transformation contexts in international companies and/or consultancy companies.
- Excellent -proven- ability to coach, mentor and consult operations teams in developing lean culture.
- Strong communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of lean methodologies and tools. Lean Master Black Belt certification (or similar) will be an advantage.
- Excellent level of English required; third language preferred.
- Solid project management skills.
- Strong leadership capacity, authenticity, collaboration and open communication.
- Excellent ability to facilitate workshops.
- Strong ability to promote and enable operations teams to unleash the creativity of its team members.
- Ability to bring all insights from different operations teams together so that the system can continuously keep improving.
- Ability to set clear goals, priorities and standards, strong orientation on results, eager for achievements.
- Excellent abilities to cooperate and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in working as Operations leader (middle-management position) will be an advantage.
- Experience in Financial Sector will be an advantage.
