Your Tasks
Join us as Regional Buyer you will be a part of our European Indirects Regional Team located in Poznań!
In this position you will be responsible for:
- procuring spare parts for European Production Centers in Germany, Spain and Poland,
- driving regional projects,
- identifying synergies and bundling potential,
- defining and deploying sourcing strategy and consulting work across the regions (e. g. process optimization, efficiencies and harmonization).
Your Profile
- University degree,
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and German,
- At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement of indirects and cooperation with production (spare parts/ MRO purchasing),
- Experience in SAP SR,
- Process-orientation; strong analytical and good communication skills,
- Persuasive and proactive character with entrepreneurial approach, strong innegotiation,
- International mindset and strong customer focus,
