The CEO of The Negotiation Experts (negotiations.com) is looking for a recruitment professional on a part-time, ongoing basis.
Do you have 15+ hours per week available to fill roles? We don't mind where you're located or which hours you prefer working. We're seeking candidates predominantly in eastern Europe and western Asia.
We're seeking a motivated, trustworthy, experienced online recruiter to fill remote roles. You're welcome to work in your evenings and weekends.

- LLM/AI developer (full-time)
- Data Scientist (part-time)
- Training Coordinator
- Training Producers (4 part-time)
- Public Relations for book promotion
- MS SharePoint Admin (part-time)
- Video Editor (part-time)
- Blog Outreacher (part-time)
- SEO (part-time)
- Automated QA (full-time)
You'll be investing most of your time sourcing and corresponding with candidates.
- We have test tasks for some roles. Our team will score the technical test tasks you'll invite top candidates to complete.
- You will conduct short candidate interviews. Please share which parts of the recruitment cycle you have experience in conducting.
- If you have a LinkedIn paid subscription, please share which one.
