Your main tasks
Perform general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany, and treasury accounting in line with global standards
Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and Trial Balance validation
Prepare and submit financial reports in HFM according to the close calendar
Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and local statutory requirements
Identify and address financial risks through thorough account reconciliations
Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders to provide accurate financial data
Support senior accountants and contribute to the development of junior analysts
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency and standardization
Maintain up-to-date procedures and support business continuity and performance targets
Your ideal background
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Prior experience in R2R/GL processes is required

Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial shared service center, preferably supporting multiple regions or business units
Background in industrial or manufacturing sectors is an advantage
Comfortable working in culturally diverse teams across various organizational levels
Proficient in using ERP systems for financial operations
Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently
Fluency in English (B2+) is required
