In this role, your primary objective is to actively contribute to the assurance of product quality within our manufacturing processes. This is achieved through systematic and precise execution of laboratory tests focused on product evaluation, meticulous control of the production process, and active involvement in addressing customer complaints.
YOUR TASKS:
Ensure adherence to quality management procedures and documentation
Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process and participate in quality management improvement projects
Conduct precise laboratory tests to evaluate product quality, document test results and maintain accurate records
Monitor and address complaints in the SAP system, analyse data, and communicate with clients for resolution
Provide training on quality control procedures to production personnel
Develop and oversee product labels for integration into the SAP system
Ensure accurate data entry into the system as “Key User”
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
YOUR PROFILE:
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of quality management procedures and documentation
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement corrective actions
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Proficiency in using manufacturing-related software and systems
Fluent in both written and spoken English
