Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a colleague to join the quality department at our high-voltage switchgear unit in Brno. The main task in this position is to create active complaints and resolve them. The position is suitable for both graduates and experienced candidates with practical experience.
- Work model: onsite
- Grade: 14
- Creating active complaints and resolving them with suppliers; supervising timely and correct resolution
- Ensuring that defective goods are sent to suppliers
- Cooperating with the purchasing department in evaluating suppliers
- Creating internal scrap orders + repair orders with suppliers
Qualifications for the Role
Minimum secondary education, ideally in a technical field
Familiarity with technical documentation for machinery/electrical equipment
Communicative English for communication with suppliers
Experience with problem solving, active communication with suppliers or customers
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Active approach to problem solving and finding solutions, customer-oriented approach, independence, diligence
