As a Project Support - Working Student, you will support the RFSW Feature Verification team. This department integrates and verifies new radio features in RF DU, ensuring SW DoD and milestones for radio products.
The RFSW Feature Verification team focuses on new HW and SW feature verification and reaching project milestones with optimized content.
Position: Project Support - Working Student
Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong to the next 12 months)
Date: 01.10.2025- 30.09.2026
Location: Poland (hybrid in Wroclaw )
Education Recommendations: Currently, a candidate from the field of study like Management, Computer Science and similar
As part of our team, you will:
- Ensure all members follow Scrum values, principles, and practices
- Facilitate the Scrum events
- Participate in the company-wide and local TC administrative tasks/actions/initiatives
- Assistance in the coordination of projects
- Maintain data in Excel forms and be able to generate metrics and present them in MS PowerBI
- Support Local Product Owners/Team Managers/Team members
- Manage team backlog, item dependencies, and risks
You have:
- Active student status (for at least one year)
- Good English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of Office applications
- Theoretical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
- Theoretical knowledge of Project Management
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate and cooperate with other people in various situations
- Self-motivated, responsible, and driven in using already acquired skills and acquiring new skills
- Ability to work under pressure
It would be nice if you also had:
- Basic level of programming skills with Python languages
- Basic knowledge of Unix, Linux (command line)
- Networking knowledge
- Knowledge of GIT version control system
- Knowledge of Jira
