Join Our Team as an Project Support Coordinator
At Boston Energy we’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Project Support Coordinator to join our team.

What you will do:
- Coordinate and allocate Operational Support tasks across the team
- Monitor and report Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Guide colleagues and partners to the right business contacts
- Manage and triage concerns or escalations to project management teams
- Keep company systems and processes updated for accurate reporting
- Upload compliance documents into CRM and resource systems
- Maintain database records and ensure information accuracy
- Approve and process technician expense claims
- Support training, development, and compliance management for technicians
- Handle ad hoc office duties and support general operations
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar coordination or support role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident with IT systems and comfortable maintaining accurate records
