About the team:

The Project Office (PO) supports a project manager in flawlessly executing his/her project.
Based on the PM guidelines, the PO uses methods and tools efficiently and acts as sparring partner for the project manager.

What you can look forward to as Project Office Specialist (m/f/d):

• Support PMs in operational tasks e.g., maintain project plans, track tasks, issues, risks and trigger measures
• Assure proper communication between project manager and project team members / organize and moderate project meetings
• Facilitate workshops (as project planning, lessons learned, risk mgmt., stakeholder mgmt.)
• Administrate project related tools and templates
• Prepare reports for different stakeholders
• Maintain internal project communication and libraries as well as support corporate wide communication
• Support coordination of externals (time reports, invoices)
• Train and support PM tools to project manager and team members
• Take over delegated tasks of the project manager

Your profile as Project Office Specialist (m/f/d):

• Experienced in project management and PM tooling (knowledge of cPlace, Jira, Azure DevOps, PowerBI, MS Project would be an asset)
• Data-driven, analytical thinking and execution skills
• Excellent communication and networking skills; intercultural awareness
• Keen perception, observant, mindful, balancing personality
• Pro-active, independent working style
• Facilitation skills and organizing ability
• Understanding of technologies to drive (digital) business
• Fluent English
