YOU WILL
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of cross-departmental projects with global or regional scope.
- Facilitate collaboration between diverse stakeholders and ensure clear communication at every project phase.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.
- Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and changes to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Lead status meetings, prepare reporting materials, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation, governance, and compliance with internal PMO standards.
- Support process improvements, operational efficiency, and digital transformation efforts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an international or matrix organization.
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business functions.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Hands-on experience with project tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English (C1 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
- PM certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a strong asset.
- Previous experience in a commercial role (e.g. sales, marketing, business development) is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes (approx. 20%) is required.
