Project Development Specialist
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
- Verifying land suitability for the implementation of solar and wind power projects, including preparing appropriate layouts
- Checking the legal status of properties and lease agreements
- Preparing summaries based on lease agreements and/or land registers; mapping connection routes, coordinating route alignments, and ordering maps
- Collaborating with field representatives/managers and coordinating departments
- Contacting and corresponding with potential clients, lessors, and authorities
- Preparing preliminary investment projects and Feasibility Studies
Requirements
- Higher education in Urban Planning
- Experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in AutoCad, GIS
- General knowledge of real estate management regarding land registers
- Analytical thinking enabling the analysis and compilation of a large amount of data
- Communicative proficiency in English (at least B2 level)
- Category B driving license
