This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the Szczecin area.
Your taks and responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of project cargo for a large-scale multiyear project, including but not limited to below:
- Discharge of incoming vessels
- Transfer to storage facilities
- Inventory management
- Reloading to trucks or load-out on barges
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient operations
- Maintain accurate documentation and administrative records
- Monitor project timelines and ensure alignment with operational goals
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and site management
- Administration and support in daily business activities in a global business environment
- Support on other activities around Szczecin
Required Qualifications & Experience::
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project logistics and site management
- Proven track record in coordinating large-scale cargo operations
- Strong understanding of maritime and land-based logistics processes
- Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Experience in heavy lifting operations
- Supervisory experience in vessel or truck operations
