A career at Booksy means you’re part of a global team focused on helping people around the world feel great about themselves, every day. From empowering entrepreneurs to build successful businesses, to supporting their customers to arrange 'me time' moments, we’re in the business of helping people thrive and feel fantastic.
Working in an ever-changing, scale-up where things are messy, and resources are limited isn't for everyone. If you thrive in a stable environment with big budgets, clear processes and structures then, if being honest, we’re probably not for you. However, if you love bringing order to chaos, inventively solving problems, and prioritizing your own path within ambiguity, then you're likely to love it here.
As a Privacy Trainer, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening Booksy’s global compliance culture. Your mission? To reduce risk and increase awareness by designing and delivering practical, engaging, and scalable privacy education that empowers teams across all our markets. Ultimately, this role ensures privacy is not just a policy, but a practiced mindset embedded across Booksy’s culture and daily operations.

- Own and drive Booksy’s global privacy training program, designing a multi-year plan that equips teams to meet regulatory requirements, reduce risk, and build a strong culture of compliance.
- Build and deliver practical learning programs for onboarding, deep-dives, simulations, and live sessions to equip key teams with the skills and mindset needed for privacy-compliant work.
- Assess training needs and effectiveness, identifying knowledge gaps through needs assessments, tracking KPIs and improving content based on data and feedback.
- Build practical tools like playbooks and FAQs that help teams navigate privacy risks and take consistent, compliant action.
- Lead privacy awareness initiatives that embed key concepts into everyday work through Slack-based microlearning, global campaigns like Privacy Week, and engaging newsletters.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring training reflects the latest procedural and legal updates.
