For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for a Pitch Advisor role.
About the Team
Join our global team responsible for developing client-focused pitch materials and supporting business growth initiatives. Collaborating with the Business Development & Marketing department, you will ensure our pitches are competitive, meet deadlines, and align with client objectives, acting with a continuous improvement mindset.
You will be responsible for:
Develop client-centric pitch materials, incorporating sector / industry information, client research, and competitor analysis.
Review pitch outcomes to identify successes and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights for future pitches.
Promote best practices by sharing successes, templates, and case studies across teams to standardise the pitch process.
Utilise tools and software to enhance the pitch development process, including automated templates and data-driven insights.
Deliver the pitch process from initiation to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met and workflows are followed efficiently within the team.
Work with BD to draft value propositions that highlight the firm's strengths and align with the client's objectives and challenges.
Reform standard templates and past materials to address specific client goals and concerns.
Apply if you have:
Approximately 2-4 years' experience in developing client-focused pitch materials, preferably in a professional services environment.
Experience using pitch-related tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Previous experience with MarTech tools, such as Salesforce and MS Office Word and PowerPoint.
Strong project management skills with ability to deliver pitches within deadline constraints.
Skills in adapting templates and existing materials to meet specific client requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments (mandatory C1/C2 level in English).
