Responsibilities:
- Case handling: receiving, booking, triaging and documenting adverse event cases, ensuring accurate translations (EN/FR) and data entry into safety databases.
- Quality control: performing self/peer QC checks, anonymizing/redacting documents, resolving discrepancies, ensuring compliance with SOPs and timelines.
- Follow-up activities: generating follow-up actions and letters, coordinating with country organizations, and transferring cases to central teams.
- Compliance & quality assurance: ensuring accuracy, medical relevance, and timeliness of reports in line with SLAs and international guidelines (ICH).
- Support & development: assisting with training, audits, mentoring, feedback, and continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in Pharmacovigilance or relevant clinical field.
- Proficiency in English and French (minimum B2 level or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
