People Rewards Specialist
This role supports the design of compensation, benefits, and reward programs for CEE. It involves analyzing market data, evaluating jobs, advising managers, and ensuring policy compliance. Rewards Specialist communicates also with the global Rewards team and Business Partners in the People Function about compensation and benefits matters, manages vendor relationships, and helps ensure alignment with local laws and company strategy.
Your role:
You will support creating and assessing the budgets for merit increases, retention strategies, and incentive programs. You will analyze external market data, forecast local market trends, and ensure alignment with the company’s overall compensation strategy,
You will conduct analysis of market trends and compensation data, prepare detailed reports on rewards-related topics, including compensation analyses, market trends, and policy updates,
You will provide subject matter expertise and guidance to People Function Business Partners and Recruiters on various rewards matters, including retention and salary policies, benefits, and international mobility practices, ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate policies.
You will answer rewards related questions, provide detailed explanations, and ensures that all information is easily understood to help managers make informed decisions about their team-members benefits and compensation packages.
You will create and update rewards policies to ensure compliance with company’s overall compensation strategy, local regulations, internal governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
You will assist in managing relationships with external Rewards vendors, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and deliver high-quality services, participating in vendor selection processes and conducting regular performance reviews,
You will handle employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, to ensure comprehensive coverage and support for employees' well-being.
You're the right fit if:You have 3+ years of experience within the Rewards Area,
You are experienced in working with data – analysis & interpretation, preparing the reports and relevant documentation. You have experience in compensation benchmarking,
You have excellent analytical skills; you are organized and detailed-oriented.
You have strong communication and stakeholders’ management skills,
You have exceptional Excel knowledge
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent; Fluent English.
