Responsibilities:
- Recording incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts.
- Managing deductions and credit memos.
- Overseeing cash collection activities.
- Releasing sales orders held due to credit issues.
- Preparing and posting manual payment transactions.
- Generating internal and external financial reports.
- Monitoring and managing customer credit limits.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Italian at a minimum B2/C1 level.
- A degree in accounting, finance, or completion of relevant accounting courses is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, specifically within the OTC domain.
- Solid understanding of core accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with the SAP system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and resolving issues.
- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage daily priorities.
