JOIN US! We’re currently looking for an experienced OTC Product lead with B2C Face to Face channel expertise, holding:
- Master’s (or Bachelor's degree) or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are an advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in O2C or Finance global corporate environment with preferable focus on B2C Face to Face (Brand Retail, Field Coaches) commercial channels.
- Expertise in SAP preferably with SAP (ERP) R3/S4, knowledge of front-end commercial systems would be an asset.
- Ability to manage many stakeholders, assertiveness and prioritization skills
- Experience in business process analysis, process mapping, and documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills, with “questioning status quo” attitude.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in collecting data and designing process improvements (Excel, Microsoft Visio, Signavio)
- Organizational agility in international environment
- Experience in agile ways of working and the mechanism of agile project execution
- Ability to transform data into engaging narratives
- Experience in process mining tools will be an asset (preferably Signavio)
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
RESPONSIBILITIES in the role:
As an OTC Product lead you will assess, document and support the standardization of business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, including detailed analysis, process mapping and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth to the standardized E2E global process. Design and support implementation of new processes & capabilities. Facilitate continuous improvements and governance over the OTC B2C F2F area.
You will:
- Work closely with key stakeholders, such as: Markets, IT, Commercial, Supply Chain, Digital, and GBS teams to design and deploy digital front-end capabilities and corresponding back-end functionalities
- Analyze and map OTC B2C F2F and replenishment processes, identify and address inefficiencies and areas for improvement in close collaboration with IT and service delivery teams
- Collect and analyze data related to OTC B2C processes to identify trends and opportunities for automation and innovation
- Evaluation and governance of change requests from different stakeholders and determine the necessity and prioritization of the requested change
- Perform data analysis-to-insight. Break down problems, carry out deep-dives and generate findings which are translated into actionable output and business value
- Co-create, develop and govern a standardized global template with respect to OTC B2C processes
- Provide support from a functional business process perspective during fit-gap analysis and deployments of technology solution
