We are looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to manage official correspondence, ensure proper handling of requests from external authorities, and support legal documentation processes. You will be working closely with Legal, Safety, and Compliance teams and will play a key role in protecting Bolt’s operational reputation and ensuring alignment with legal standards.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Handle and respond to official letters from authorities, courts, enforcement offices, and transport inspectorates (e.g. ITD, UOKiK, tax offices).</point>
- <point>Collaborate with internal Legal and Safety teams on documentation and risk assessments.</point>
- <point>Maintain and update correspondence trackers, deadlines, and archiving systems.</point>
- <point>Prepare and review official documents using templates and standard legal language.</point>
- <point>Coordinate documentation for litigation and support escalations that require legal oversight.</point>
- <point>Ensure that reputational risks and deadlines related to external communications are effectively managed.</point>
- <point>Work on improving templates and standard responses to enhance operational efficiency.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

- <point>You have a legal or compliance background, preferably with 1+ years of experience in correspondence, documentation, or risk-related roles.</point>
- <point>You have excellent Polish writing skills and know how to create professional, structured, and clear formal letters.</point>
- <point>You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple communication flows simultaneously.</point>
- <point>You are fluent in both Polish and English, and can switch between both with ease in written and verbal communication.</point>
- <point>You are comfortable working with internal legal teams and external authorities or institutions.</point>
- <point>You understand reputational, legal, and procedural risks in operational environments.</point>
- <point>You bring a proactive attitude to solving problems and managing escalations before they grow.</point>
