Join our dynamic HR Shared Service Center in Gdańsk as a OneHR Support Team Leader. You will inspire and guide a dedicated team, delivering front desk and administrative services for Arla colleagues across the globe. How will you make an impact?
This permanent role, based in Gdańsk, is focused on leading a team to deliver high-quality HR support services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and develop your team: Motivate, coach, and empower team members to deliver exceptional HR support and achieve key performance indicators.
- Drive operational excellence: Ensure efficient and accurate handling of HR inquiries and requests through various channels (ticketing system, email, phone).
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with HR Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Monitor and improve processes: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and support change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance and data protection: Oversee adherence to HR policies, data privacy, and service-level agreements.
- Deliver training and knowledge sharing: Facilitate continuous learning within the team and support onboarding of new colleagues.
- Supporting issue resolution: Help address more complex or challenging situations within the team, ensuring timely and appropriate solution.
Who are we looking for?
- Leadership skills: Experience in guiding, supporting, or coordinating teams.
- Strong communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solver: Proactive mindset, with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Technology savvy: Comfortable working with HR systems and ticketing tools.
- Educational background: University degree.
- Positive and proactive: Able to inspire, motivate, and support colleagues.
