We are now looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Recruitment team for a full-time contract.
The Opportunity:
In a very dynamic environment, the Recruiting Coordinator supports the recruitment for our Actuarial business in Europe. The team is responsible for attracting and recruiting talents at Graduate and Intern levels, as well as Experienced and Partner Hires.
The Recruiting Coordinator contributes to successful on-boarding of high-caliber and diverse consulting talents and promotes Oliver Wyman’s Employee Value Proposition to key Universities and Candidates.
This position requires superior organizational and prioritization skills; attention to detail, and understanding the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with the interviewers and candidates to organize the recruitment process - weekly planning, scheduling, and logistics
- Work closely with the Executive Assistants, who are responsible for scheduling Partner diaries, providing them with the necessary information so that they can coordinate the interviewing day
- Manage communication with the candidates promptly during the process, acting as an OW ambassador
- Attend candidate debrief meeting, participating in offer decision and producing offer documents
- Maintain / update our recruiting IT system (Workday) and databases as required to ensure accuracy of information for firm use
- Support on-boarding process in liaison with Recruiters and HC Operations team, updating the required information in the systems
Who we are looking for:
- You have a master’s degree and/or a first relevant experience/internships in a fast-paced and dynamic client services business environment, ideally from a Management Consulting or Big 4 Consulting firm
- Fluency in English is required
- Client Service: Credible, highly professional, able to communicate and negotiate effectively with partners and consultants
- Proactive, high performing multi-tasker who takes full ownership of their work and manages the details
- Organize and rigorous: Attention to detail and stickler for accuracy
- Flexible and pragmatic, you like to evolve in a dynamic environment
- Team player: Collaborative and works effectively as part of a high-performing team
- Strong MS Office skills are essential – Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required. Workday is a plus
