We are currently looking for an Office Assistant.
What you will do:
- Support team members with administrative tasks and documentation
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized
- Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment
- Organize events and after work activities
- Coordinate purchasing process
- Process incoming invoices
- Handle business travel arrangements
Requirements:
- Self-reliance and accountability to be able to work in quick changing, startup environment
- Good organisation skills
- Flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, etc.)
- Student status
- Ability to work full time from office (8:30 - 16:30)
- Fluency in Polish and English languages
- Experience in office work is a plus but is not necessary
