Requirements
We’re looking for a highly organised, reliable and proactive Office Assistant / Office Manager to join our team in Warsaw
If you're someone who enjoys creating order, solving everyday office challenges and making sure everything just works – we want to hear from you.
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our office running smoothly, supporting the team in day-to-day operations, and helping our finance department with simple, structured tasks.
🛠️ What you’ll do
Take care of the daily operations of our Warsaw HQ at WeWork (Prosta 20)
Ensure the office is clean, stocked, and ready to go – from booking meeting rooms to managing deliveries and supplies
Print and maintain documentation, both internal and for clients
Support employees with basic office-related issues (e.g. equipment, space, supplies)
Handle errands outside the office (e.g. visits to the post office or public institutions)
Coordinate simple logistics and assist in organising internal events or meetings
Support the finance team in collecting cost documentation and archiving invoices according to clear internal procedures
🧠 What you’ll need
Great organisational skills and a get-things-done attitude
Strong communication skills in both Polish and English
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of recurring tasks
Discipline, reliability and attention to detail
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to daily challenges
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack and basic office systems
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is mandatory – but we value mindset more than job titles
