Your Role
As the Network technical lead, you will take on a leadership role to tackle the complex challenges of building and operating our network services. You will focus on achieving the highest levels of service quality, scalability, and performance, while integrating comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems. This position requires a strong combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and business acumen.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the network operations team, this role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure. The position involves close collaboration with the Cybersecurity team, proactive monitoring and optimization of systems, and leadership of network personnel to maintain seamless operations and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity to safeguard the network from unauthorized access and threats.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Design and implement network upgrades and enhancements.
- Maintain clear documentation of network configurations and security protocols.
- Lead and support the network team to drive operational excellence.
Required/Preferred Experiences
We are looking for a seasoned network expert who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about building secure, high-performing infrastructure. In this role, you will work with cutting-edge technologies, lead a small, but skilled team, and play a key part in driving innovation across the Faerch Group’s global network landscape.
- Bring deep knowledge of networking fundamentals—TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and security—to ensure robust and scalable infrastructure.
- Apply your hands-on expertise with Fortinet and HPe Aruba, our core network platforms, to deliver reliable and secure connectivity.
- Leverage 10+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering, architecture, and design to lead strategic initiatives.
- Solve complex challenges with confidence and speed, using your strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams and inspire your network team to perform at their best.
