We are currently hiring a Learning & Development Coordinator to help drive the seamless delivery and coordination of training initiatives that empower our employees to thrive. As a key member of the L&D team, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of engaging, high-impact learning programs and ensuring a culture of continuous development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), including updates, content uploads, and troubleshooting user issues.
Handling learning-related requests via our ticketing system (ServiceNow), ensuring timely and accurate processing within the LMS.
Monitoring and reporting on training participation and completion metrics to help measure program effectiveness.
Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to coordinate and support a wide range of learning initiatives and events.
What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Ideally 1 year of experience in a learning & development or administrative support role.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Experience using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow or similar platform).
Fluency in English, with the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team environment.
