Job description
Want to see how leadership works – and help reinvent how teams connect and grow?
At Stryker’s Global Capability Centre, we believe leadership isn’t just about titles — it’s about ideas, connection, and making things better every day. As a Leadership & Experience Intern, you’ll work side-by-side with senior leaders to improve how our teams communicate, collaborate, and build a world-class workplace culture.
This role is perfect for a brave, curious, and creative Intern who isn’t afraid to challenge how things are done — someone who loves experimenting, learning fast, and bringing innovation to life. You'll also explore how AI tools and automation are reshaping how global businesses operate and how we can use them in smart, simple ways.
As a Leadership & Experience Intern at the Global Capability Centre, you’ll be part of a bold and innovative team, helping us shape how we lead, connect, and improve. From smart communication to AI-driven solutions, you’ll gain hands-on experience that prepares you to thrive — and lead — in the workplace of the future.
What you will do
- Support the Leadership Team with internal communication, team updates, and visual storytelling
- Use modern tools (like ChatGPT, PowerPoint, Canva, and MS Teams) to simplify how we and organize information
- Help coordinate onboarding, events, and initiatives that build a great team experience
- Provide light business support to buying teams and help improve internal processes
- Take part in small innovation projects — spotting areas for improvement and testing new ideas
- Champion a workplace where communication flows, teams thrive, and change is welcomed
Why it’s exciting
- See the big picture: Learn how global leaders drive culture, structure, and business alignment
- Be the spark: Your creativity and fresh ideas can shape how we communicate and collaborate
- Use tomorrow’s tools today: Learn how AI and automation are making work smarter
- Innovate freely: We welcome interns who want to test ideas, rethink processes, and take smart risks
- Grow fast: Develop confidence, skills, and experience that make you stand out in any future career
What you need
- Currently studying Business, Communications, Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Passionate about innovation, people, and problem-solving
- Creative thinker with a can-do attitude — not afraid to speak up or try new things
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Fluent in English
- Available at least 20h/week for a minimum of 3 months
- Interest in AI, digital tools, or improving how people work together
