Lead Financial Controller

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee financial statements, month-end closing, and reporting accuracy.

• Lead SAP normalization and ensure alignment of financial processes with system changes.

• Manage group consolidation, statutory reporting, and audit processes.

• Own pension accounting, tax, treasury operations, and accruals.

• Drive budgeting and forecasting cycles, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure intercompany reconciliations and compliance with SOWs.

• Govern accounting for fixed assets, leases, deferred revenue, and service contracts.

• Lead and develop a team of controllers, fostering a culture of excellence.

Your qualification

• Proven experience in financial controlling leadership roles.

• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS; ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.

• Expertise in SAP (FI/CO), HFM is a plus.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

• Fluent English.

• Master's degree in finance/accounting.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid model (40% office / 60% remote).
