Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior or lead 3D role
Proficiency in 3D modeling, animation, and graphic creation
Experience in low-poly modeling and texturing for mobile devices.
Basic knowledge of rigging and preparing 3D models for animation.
Strong experience with Blender.
Practical knowledge of the Unity game engine.
Ability to solve technical problems in 3D production.
Familiarity with 2D graphic creation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).
Solid understanding of game production workflows.
Strong artistic sensibility and high attention to detail.
Excellent eye for aesthetics and ability to create visually compelling assets.
Solid grasp of composition and lighting principles.
Creative mindset, eager to contribute ideas and solutions.
Strong time management skills and efficiency in delivery.
Nice to have:
- Designing and implementing UI elements.
- Preparing 2D graphics and creating 2D animations.
