Requirements:
- Complex Kafka Cluster setup. Configuration, Replication, Maintaining, Upgrading, Performance Tunning
- Ansible CI/CD pipelines.
- Handling Production Kafka Operations. Incident/ Release/Change Management.
- Java shell scripting for implementing Security Modules.
- Solving day-to-day support issues, incidents and problems.
- Systems and performance monitoring, including trend analysis and respective improvements
- Regularly reviewing and advancing Kafka services and automation
- Prioritizing and handling workload effectively
- Can understand and speak in Polish.

- Candidates will work with ET&S Poland.
- ET&S is a part of a global technology holding, with competencies in digital transformation.
- ET&S has a complex Kafka Cluster setup and need technical experts to enhance and support this Kafka setup
