Będziesz odpowiadać za:
We are looking for a responsible person to work as a medical equipment specialist in our home care branch. In this position you will be responsible for ordering, delivering and maintaining medical equipment such as wheelchairs, beds or nebulizers, among others. You will also support the logistics team by organizing the transport of materials and goods. If you have experience in working with medical equipment and want to develop your skills in the field of logistics, we encourage you to apply!
- Coordinating and managing medical equipment supplies including scheduling deliveries and pickups, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to orders or returns;
- Maintaining accurate records of all medical equipment supply transactions including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery receipts;
- Assisting with inventory management tasks such as stock counting, reconciling discrepancies, and updating databases;
- Providing assistance to end users by answering questions regarding product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting;
- Monitoring vendor performance and providing feedback on areas for improvement;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics services into overall business strategy.
Idealnie pasujesz jeśli:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Basic knowledge of medical equipment terminology;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel or Google Sheets;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where time management skills are essential;
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player;
- Comfortable with using technology tools like computers, software programs etc.;
