We are currently looking for a IT Risk and Data Protection Specialist ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.

The primary purpose of the role is to oversee the ICT asset management process and the maintenance of up-to-date information in the Aion Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and facilitate criticality assessments for ICT assets with management and control of End-User Computing (EUC) inventory, website management for Aion Bank, including content updates, information security, and error monitoring.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

• Execution of all first line of defence control activities with daily monitoring of IT incidents
• Ongoing oversight of Banking as a Service (BaaS) projects within the scope of IT, IT Security, and Data Protection
• Cyclic recertification of user permissions along with periodic reviews and operational tasks related to granting and revoking permissions (IAM).
• Development and implementation of a recertification control plan on an annual basis.
• Implementation of agreed-upon management actions and cyclic review of the IT/ITSec RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) profile, including the IT Risk Heat Map.
• Verification of the policies in alignment with the current configuration of services.
• Participation in post-mortem and problem management activities.
• Provision of support to business unit employees for issues related to outsourced IT services.
• Establishment and dissemination of IT knowledge base for the benefit of all employees.
