What you will do:
- Effectively build strong partnerships with managers (from Global Business Center) to ensure HR resources are effectively provided to each group
- Implement solutions that are aligned with global HR best practices and work on process automations and systems improvements
- Analyse and present data to managers and recommend solutions that support the culture and the defined HR strategy
- Maintain constant and effective involvement in employee relations activities
- Execute programs, policies, and procedures to drive an engaged and performing organizational culture
- Deliver solutions that address issues of retention, change management and employee engagement, partnering with subject-matter experts as appropriate
- Demonstrates working knowledge of the labour market and its relation to organizational success
- Coach and participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., engagement survey, performance reviews, bonus etc.)
What you need:
- 4+ years of work experience required
- 2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
- Experience in multinational environment and complex organization
- Capability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization and in multicultural organization
- Analytical skillset, ability to translate reports into insights
- Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence and negotiation skills
