We are looking for a person to join our team as a Documentation Quality Assurance Specialist. The main goal of this position is to ensure the quality of all documents used by the organization, including policies, procedures, reports, records, and other written materials. This role involves reviewing, editing, and approving documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the specialist will provide training and guidance on document management processes and support the implementation of best practices within the organization.
- Review, edit, and approve all documents used by the organization to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Provide training and guidance on document management processes;
- Support the implementation of best practices in document management within the organization;
- Maintain records and reports related to document management activities;
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to ensure consistency and alignment of documents;
- Identify areas for improvement in document management processes and propose solutions;
- Stay updated with changes in regulations and industry standards related to document management and implement necessary adjustments.
Idealnie pasujesz jeśli:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Excellent command of Polish
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors in documents;
- Knowledge of document management principles and best practices;
- Experience with document management software such as Google Drive or similar;
- Ability to work independently and take initiative;
- Good organizational skills and time management abilities.
