Description
Mend is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented junior professional to join our Business Applications team. In this role, you’ll support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of our business systems - primarily Salesforce - to ensure smooth internal operations and drive process improvements.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, assist in translating them into effective system configurations, and help uphold data integrity and system performance.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or in a related role - must
- Ability to translate basic business needs into system requirements with guidance
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Exposure to BI tools (e.g., Tableau) - an advantage
- BSc or currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables)
