Responsibilities you will be involved in:
- Support in the in-person or remote administration for the end users, their IT equipment and associated software
- Support in troubleshooting and implementing user change requests
- Handling support tickets logged by users, eg. identifying and tracking end user hardware and software needs
- Recommending IT solutions according to the business needs
- Performing hardware and software installation, configuration and deployment, maintaining hardware/software inventories
- Support and collaboration within IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Requirements
What we need:
- Bachelor's degree or finished at least 3rd year of studies in computer science, Information Technologies or a related field
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft’s technology: Windows 10/11, O365, Intune, Active Directory
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic knowledge of Windows servers, networking, and security
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good English skills (both spoken and written) and fluency in Polish
