We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in resolving hardware, software, and networking issues while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users (onsite & remote).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Support operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and business applications.
- Manage Active Directory, email accounts, and user access requests.
- Monitor and maintain network connectivity, VPNs, and internet issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets through the helpdesk system.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software support when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT support or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with Active Directory, ticketing systems, and remote support tools.
- Familiarity with antivirus, backup, and security practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: 760.00zł - 810.00zł per day
