Job Description:
As an IT Project Management Associate, you will support the successful delivery of IT projects that align with our business goals. Working closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities across various IT domains. This role is ideal for someone with foundational project management experience who is eager to grow their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of IT projects, including scheduling, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation.
- Manage small projects, including scheduling, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation.
- Support senior project managers in managing project scope, timelines, resources, and risks.
- Help prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Contribute to the implementation of project management best practices and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Learn and apply project management tools and techniques to support project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 1 year of experience in project coordination or support, preferably in IT-related projects.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with IT project environments such as infrastructure, cloud, or software implementation is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of IT project management.
