Our requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as an IT Business Analyst
- The ability to analyze the needs and functional requirements of the client
- Fluent English communication both in speaking and writing
- Excellent communication skills, that will help you to work both with business users and technical developers
- Basic experience with SQL: able to write SELECTs, JOINs, GROUP BY, and simple subqueries
- Experience in working in an IT environment – knowing and understanding of SDLC
- Analytical thinking, positive energy, proactivity, „I can do” attitude
- Teamwork skills and ability to work effectively in a team as well as in a scattered environment
- Data Visualization / BI (PowerBI): Basic Power BI report creation, Power query scripting and exposure to build simple dashboards
Additional assets:
- Basic Python knowledge: Cleaning data (handling missing values, renaming columns)
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar platform
- Knowledge in various project management frameworks (ex: Kanban, Scrum)
- Working experience with JSON files • Continuous Improvement mindset
Tasks
- Gather, analyze, and manage business requirements and translate to implementation specifications
- Taking responsibility for planning and reporting on the status of Features allocated to our Backlog
- Effective communication and alignment of plans with all stakeholders
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts and developers during Feature delivery
- Work closely with Development and Quality Teams to ensure the quality of delivered software
- Support integration teams during client on-boarding
- Keeping project documentation up to date
- Training users and presenting software functionality
