The position
Within Boehringer Ingelheim you will get an overview of the GBS Compliance Services Team which is part of the Legal & Compliance Department. You should be qualified to independently contribute to the daily run-mode activities as further specified in this plan.
You will be able to support our Compliance Services Team in daily tasks, learn how to use different tools and systems and process various administrative tasks.
The start date of our 6 months long paid internship program as well as the working hours can be flexibly adjusted to your availability. We are working in a hybrid work model at our office in Wrocław.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Transparency and Disclosure process assistance
- Perform transparency spend data cleansing related to payments to Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Health Care Organizations (HCOs)
- Processing and validating of compliance data
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various Boehringer stakeholders from Legal and Compliance functions, business units, and different countries
- General administration of the documents
About our future Intern
You should speak English fluently (min. B2) and have the willingness to learn on the job.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Students or graduates interested in the field of Compliance
- Proactivity with time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and confidentiality
- Distinct empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset
- Existing experience in a professional business environment, e.g., previous internships or relevant student work is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office
- German-speakers are welcome!
