Your responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards for Finance and Procurement processes to support data-driven decision-making across the organization
Support the KPI scorecard publication process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery according to reporting cycles
Collaborate closely with the Performance Management Team to gather performance updates, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and analyze variances against targets and historical trends
Drive root cause analysis by working with process owners and continuous improvement teams to identify key drivers and improvement opportunities
Use advanced analytics tools to interpret data, identify optimization opportunities, and contribute to enhanced business performance
Support and track action plans, ensuring transparent and measurable progress toward performance targets
Our requirements:
Degree (ongoing or completed) in Business, IT, Consultancy, or a related field
Experience in developing dashboards in Power BI will be an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong technical foundation and well-developed analytical skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional foreign language will be an advantag
