Intercompany Analyst
About the role:
Boston Scientific is undergoing a major global business transformation as part of our Magellan Program, which involves migrating our ERP system from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. This initiative aims to simplify, standardize, and modernize our core business processes – helping us leverage data for long-term growth.
As a Intercompany Analyst, you will support the transfer pricing and intercompany billing processes by managing master data, reconciling financial information across systems, and participating in testing and implementation activities for both ongoing business projects and the Magellan program. You’ll work closely with finance, IT, and operational teams across regions to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update transfer pricing master data in ERP systems
- Support intercompany billing and pricing processes across global entities
- Manage master data change requests and workflows through completion
- Reconcile data between systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyze financial and operational data to support pricing decisions
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders
- Participate in business testing activities during system upgrades and implementations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and data integrity
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in master data management, financial analysis, or intercompany billing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and large data sets
- Understanding of accounting or finance processes
- Ability to work effectively across departments and time zones
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset and strong communication skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, change-driven environment
- Familiarity with continuous improvement concepts and data quality standards
