Join Avon as an Intercompany Accountant! Are you an experienced accountant looking to take your career to new heights? Key responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Manage Intercompany Transactions: Handle, reconcile, and settle intercompany transactions accurately and on time.
- Ensure Accuracy: Make sure all intercompany recharges and allocations are documented and processed correctly.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations to make sure balances are spot on.
- Ensure Compliance: Keep everything in line with internal policies, local regulations, and accounting standards related to intercompany activities.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other teams like RTR & PTP COE, FP&A, Tax, and Legal to resolve issues and keep things aligned.
- Be a Go-To Expert: Act as a point of contact for intercompany queries and escalations, and provide support to the Consolidation team.
- Drive Improvements: Help identify and implement ways to improve and streamline intercompany accounting processes, including assisting with automation tools and system adjustments.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in intercompany accounting or a similar finance role.
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Great communication and teamwork abilities.
