Due to the dynamic growth of our B2B area, we are looking for an Integration Specialist who will be responsible for technical onboarding of merchants and supporting partners throughout the integration process. We’re open to candidates based anywhere in Europe, but occasional travel to Poland (e.g. for workshops or team meetings) may be required.
Who are we looking for?
- If you have 3+ years of experience in technical integrations, implementations, or working with online payment/banking systems
- Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML), and tools like Postman
- Ability to analyse technical documentation and communicate effectively with partners’ development teams
- English proficiency at B2+ level – you’ll work daily with international partners
- Based in Europe, with the ability to occasionally travel to Poland for workshops or team meetings.
- Strong self-organization, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working with technical, product, and commercial teams
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of payment processes (authorization, settlement, chargebacks, payouts, mass transfers)
- Experience working with eCommerce or SaaS merchants
Responsibilities:
- Leading the technical onboarding of merchants into the ZEN.COM ecosystem (payment gateway, multi-currency accounts, payouts, mass transfers)
- Participating in the full integration process – from contract signing to go-live in the production environment
- Testing and validating integrations (test transactions, edge cases, fallback scenarios)
- Providing ongoing technical support for merchants and partners (email, ticketing system, meetings)
- Working with API documentation; maintaining and updating integration materials and FAQs
- Collaborating with the development team to report issues and suggest improvements to internal tools
- Proactively identifying technical issues and proposing enhancements
- Reporting the status of ongoing integrations
